SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide! Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24-72 hours. Please note that this does NOT include weekends.

INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Shipping is available by USPS both internationally and domestically. Delivery within the U.S. will generally arrive in 5-7 business days unless there are unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorisms, etc in which case we will not be responsible for a delay. Quantum Tattoo Supply will not be held responsible for shipments that are late due to holidays or other unforeseen matters. For international orders, once a shipment arrives at customs, recipient may be responsible for paying import taxes and customs fees. If an order gets delayed by customs, we are not responsible. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund if a package is held at customs.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Ink may be damaged if exposed to extreme heat or cold. If you live in a climate with extreme temperatures, your ink may be damaged during ground shipping. We can't guarantee a climate controlled environment. Next Day Air or Express shipping would be best.

RETURN POLICES

30 Day Manufacturer Warranty on WholeSaleTattoo Machines, Power Supplies, Foot Pedals / Clip Cords. For any products that have been tampered with, the warranty will be voided.
30 Day Manufacturer Warranty on Tattoo Furniture.
Please call 818-522-3301 for a return authorization request within 7 business days upon receiving the product. Please note, customers may pay 15-20% restocking fee on returned items.
Store Credit is issued for returns/exchanges. No cash refunds are given under any circumstances.
No returns on any sterilization product(s) such as needles, inks, green soap, etc.
No returns on Media, CD, DVD, Tattoo Books, Tattoo Flashes.
If you have an item that was damaged due to shipping, please call 818-760-8351 for a return authorization request within 48 hours upon receiving the product.
