INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipping is available by USPS both internationally and domestically. Delivery within the U.S. will generally arrive in 5-7 business days unless there are unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorisms, etc in which case we will not be responsible for a delay. Quantum Tattoo Supply will not be held responsible for shipments that are late due to holidays or other unforeseen matters. For international orders, once a shipment arrives at customs, recipient may be responsible for paying import taxes and customs fees. If an order gets delayed by customs, we are not responsible. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund if a package is held at customs.
Ink may be damaged if exposed to extreme heat or cold. If you live in a climate with extreme temperatures, your ink may be damaged during ground shipping. We can't guarantee a climate controlled environment. Next Day Air or Express shipping would be best.
